Learn a new skill that will change your life and the lives of the people around you.
This is a 12 week program. We meet as a group every fortnight and you’ll meet in pairs inbetween to practice. An overview of the program is outlined below:

Module 1

  • Meeting the Moment. Take it in turns leading this.
  • CBT – Trigger > Thoughts > Feelings > Behaviour.
  • Parts 
    • Self (qualities of self).
    • Homeostasis. 
  • Live process  (Troy + 1).


Module 2

  • Meeting the Moment. New person leading this.
  • Healing our exiles and unburdening our managers (Note: even if we had the best parents in the world the only person that can be there for us in the way that we needed was ourselves retrospectively. And so we learn to meet ourselves)… We all have exiles. 
  • Building a habit and new way of relating to the mind – whenever we are feeling anything it is a part and we have contracted into a story.
  • Protectors
    • Managers.
    • Firefighters.
  • Contractions / Triggers.
  • Tracking contractions (Finding exiles). 
  • Importance of vulnerability, love and compassion for healing.
  • Live process (Troy + 1).

Module 3 

  • Running a process
    • Meeting the moment.
    • Setting up the container.
    • Feeling into the contraction.
    • Working with the parts,Self and holding the container.
  • Live process (Troy + 1).

Module 4

  • Working with exiles.
  • Working with managers (difference between. managers / firefighters / exiles / self). 
  • Working with self .
  • Live process (Troy + 1).

Module 5

  • Self processing. 
  • Meeting the moment during the day (Consciously feeling emotions). 
  • Live process (Other + 1).

Module 6

  • Review / Q & A.
  • Live process (Other + 1).
  • Where to from here. 

Homework

It is expected that you commit to completing both individual homework and in pairs. Homework consists of:

  • Daily log.
  • Meditating individually.
  • Processing in pairs.
