Connecting Oura

Follow the instructions from Oura in setting up your Oura Ring and downloading the app to your phone. To connect Oura to iAMconnected, please follow these steps

• Log into your Oura account – https://cloud.ouraring.com/
• Then click this link: https://cloud.ouraring.com/personal-access-tokens
• Create the token – copy it 
• Paste your token into the Oura Ring field at the bottom of this page and click save – https://app.iamconnected.com/profile. Alternatively email your token to info@iamconnected.com and we’ll update it for you 

Connecting Muse

Follow the instructions from Muse in setting up your Muse meditation device and downloading the app to your phone. To connect Muse to iAMconnected, please follow these steps

• Provide the email address you use for your Muse account. Send to info@iamconnected.com 
• We’ll connect this to our Muse account, you will receive an email asking to validate permission, please accept this.
